Teacher Training Workshops
Description: Interactive training workshops are provided for educators, focusing on effective strategies for fostering inclusive classrooms. The curriculum encompasses differentiated instruction methods, classroom behaviour management, awareness of student mental health, implementation of inclusive education practices, and integrating educational technology to improve student engagement.
Key Objectives:
- Provide teachers with practical approaches for instructing diverse learners.
- Enhance student engagement and support appropriate classroom behaviour.
- Increase teacher proficiency in supporting students with special educational needs.
Format: Workshops are available in half-day or full day formats, as well as a series of shorter sessions. Training can be conducted either on-site at the school or at our Centre, featuring case studies, discussions, and experiential exercises.
Specialized Training for Arabic Teachers
Description: This professional development program is designed for teachers of Arabic language subjects, with an emphasis on inclusive education and literacy interventions in Arabic. Topics include the creation of inclusive lesson plans in Arabic, differentiated instruction for reading and writing, strategies for supporting students with dyslexia through phonemic awareness and multisensory approaches, classroom behavior management, cultural considerations in teaching, and collaboration with Learning Assistants (LSAs) school counselors.

- Introduce inclusive instructional methods for Arabic language classrooms
- Provide practical resources to address learning challenges in Arabic literacy, such as dyslexia
- Encourage effective cooperation between Arabic teachers and support staff (LSAs, counselors)
Format: The program can be offered as a multi-workshop series or as an intensive training course. Training materials and examples are available in both Arabic and English to facilitate understanding and application.
School Counselor Support Groups
Description: Peer support and training groups are organized for school counselors. These sessions provide a forum for counselors to exchange experiences and information, with focus areas including management of common student emotional or behavioral issues, collaboration with teachers and parents, counselor self care and burnout prevention, and case-based learning through discussion of actual scenarios.
Key Objectives:
- Establish a community of practice for school counselors to share knowledge.
- Support counselors’ development in addressing student needs.
- Encourage consistent, practical counseling practices across schools.
Format: Monthly group meetings, approximately 1–2 hours each, conducted in person or virtually. Each session is organized around a specific theme and includes opportunities for sharing, peer discussion, and brief training segments.
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Training
Description: Hands-on training programs are designed for Learning Support Assistants to enhance their ability to support students with special educational needs. The training includes comprehensive modules understanding a range of learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders, as well as instruction in behaviour management techniques. Participants will also learn effective methods for collaborating with teachers, counsellors, and parents, and acquire practical classroom adaptation strategies (for example, segmenting tasks, scaffolding instruction, utilising visual aids, and guiding students in goal setting).

- Equip LSAs with specific strategies to assist learners with diverse requirements
- Strengthen collaboration among LSAs, teaching staff, and counselling teams
- Promote approaches that increase student autonomy within the classroom
Format: The programme is delivered through interactive, hands-on workshops, available either as a multi-session series or a full-day intensive format. Sessions incorporate role play exercises and case study discussions, enabling participants to practise skills in authentic scenarios.
