Services
The Journey offers programs designed to develop social and emotional skills for individuals aged 6-25. These programs are tailored to individual or group needs and include an exposure experience toward the end of each program. Details of each program, including schedules, requirements, and associated costs, are provided during the booking process.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Process
- Bookings can be made online through our website, via phone, or in person at our center.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot unless otherwise specified.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment methods listed on our website.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled program start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled program will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of The Journey.
- Cancellation by The Journey
- The Journey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, staff availability, or emergencies.
- In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, other participants, and property.
- Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child adheres to the code of conduct.
Liability
- The Journey is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs unless directly caused by negligence on our part.
- Participants and their guardians agree to release The Journey from any claims related to incidental or indirect damages.
Health and Safety
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements during the booking process to ensure their safety during the program.
- In case of medical emergencies, The Journey will contact emergency services and notify the participant’s guardian (if applicable).
- The Journey implements safety protocols to provide a secure environment but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
Communication
- Clients will receive important updates and notifications via email or phone, as provided during the booking process.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate and up to date.
Force Majeure
The Journey will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or labor disputes. In such cases, The Journey will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Complaints and Feedback
- Clients are encouraged to share their feedback or concerns by contacting The Journey via email or phone.
- Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.
- Constructive feedback is used to improve our services and ensure client satisfaction.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided during our programs are the intellectual property of The Journey.
- Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Journey reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
